To guarantee that the integrity of the electrolyte formula remains intact, we date-code and batch-stamp each bottle we produce. The pH of the water is tested every 30 minutes during the production process and samples are retained in long-term storage for further testing throughout the shelf life of two years.
Our process gives us excellent consistency. Each bottle typically stabilizes at 9.5 pH—the best pH you can buy in bottled water.
Please remember, water this pure will not test accurately using pH test strips. You must use a calibrated pH meter in order to get an accurate numeric reading (see How to Test Purified Water on the Resources page of this website).
